Before Ruby Said So became flowers and styling, it was paper. Long before I was creating installations and tablescapes,

I was designing wedding stationery — building an award-winning business from my kitchen table because I couldn’t find anything that felt like us.

Back in 2012, when I married a tattooist and planned our own rock ’n’ roll wedding, “alternative” wasn’t a Pinterest category. There weren’t suppliers making paper for couples like us. Nothing felt personal, soulful, or a little bit different.

So I designed it myself.

That love for storytelling through paper never really left — it just grew alongside the florals and styling.

And now it all works together.

Because when your stationery, flowers and styling are designed by the same hands, everything just flows.
